Following is the league sign-up and renewal information
for current HVWGC members.

Sign up for next year on your current league
HVWGC members may choose an early sign-up option for league play. Current league members can sign up for next year on the same league that you played this year during the period September 1 - October 1.
    A fee of $40 is due with your application, the fee is applied to next year's greens fees. In the event that you choose not to play next year, the $40 is nonrefundable. A link to the "same-league application form" will appear on the HRWC Events Calendar when the form is available.
    

Sign up for next year on a different league
HVWGC members may choose a second early sign-up option for next year on a league that you did not play this year during the period October 2 - November 15. (e.g. sign up now if you want to change leagues or if you were a "sub only" this year. you may also sign up during this time if you want to play on your same league but missed the early sign-up period)
    A fee of $40 is due with your application, the fee is applied to next year's greens fees. In the event that you choose not to play next year, the $40 is nonrefundable. Membership dues
HVWGC membership dues are to be paid each year during the period February 1 - March 15. Annual membership dues are $50 (which includes the $35 fee for GAM membership). A link to the "membership application form" will appear appear on the HRWC Events Calendar when the form is available.
    

If you have not signed up for a league during the early sign-up period, sign up for a league at the same time that you submit your annual membership form. Leagues are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
