Following is the league sign-up and renewal information for current HVWGC members.
New one-page 2010 HVWGC Membership Form includes the essential elements of the previous sign-up documents
Beginning October 16, the process to fill leagues is first come, first served through November 16, 2009.
The completed form must be submitted with a check for the $50 membership fee made payable to HVWGC, and mailed to Sheri Affolder, 86 N. Hewitt Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48197
If you are returning to the same league, check the box "Returning" by the name of your league.
If you want to switch to a different league, you must check the "New" box by the appropriate league name.
After November 16, league sign-up will be open to new members.
The new form is also posted on the web site at www.hvwgc.org/pdf/2010_membership.pdf
Greens fees will be updated on the web site in February 2010, and distributed at the Annual Meeting in March.
